. Revive is looking for an experienced esthetician in organic/natural services or someone willing to learn our ways. Must be licensed and insured in the state of Oregon. Looking for someone eager to learn about new techniques, skin conditions and advanced ingredients knowledge. Must have exemplary customer service skills, a laid back but driven personality and be punctual and reliable. ONLY looking for someone that is willing to learn the way we do business and to stay on to build a client base for at least a year, hopefully longer. Pay dependent on experience and client base.
Will be responsible for: Room set up & clean up, implement cleaning, laundry, scheduling, skin assessments, passive product sales (no pushy sales allowed), charting with every service provided, client intake, light massage for applicable services, microdermabrasion, ability to work long hours if needed, on call 1 day per week, part time to start to lead to full time unless you have current clientele. Building a client base takes time, please know that it will take some time and a lot of money on our part to build your base, that is why we need someone looking to stay in Bend and looking to build a long term, lucrative career out of skincare.
